Stop Leaks Before They Cause Damage
A small leak can do big damage. A slow drip behind a wall can rot wood and stain ceilings. It can also feed mold. A burst pipe can flood a room in minutes. Our licensed plumbers find leaks and repair or replace damaged pipe. We serve homes in Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell and Eagle.
We have served the Treasure Valley since 1946. You get upfront pricing with no hidden fees. We explain the problem and the cost before any work begins.

Signs You Have a Water Leak
Some leaks are easy to spot. Others hide inside walls, ceilings and floors. Watch for these clues:
- Water stains on ceilings or walls
- Paint that bubbles or peels
- Soft, warped or damp floors
- A musty smell or new mold growth
- The sound of running water when no tap is on
- A water bill that jumps with no change in use
- Low water pressure at one or more fixtures
- Puddles near the water heater, toilet or sink
Here is a simple test. Turn off every tap and water appliance. Then look at your water meter. If the meter still moves, water is escaping somewhere. Call us and we will track it down.
What Causes Pipes to Leak?
Pipes wear out over time. Knowing the cause helps us pick the right repair. These are the most common causes we see:
Age and Corrosion
Older metal pipes can corrode from the inside. Small pinhole leaks often show up first. More may follow if the pipe keeps wearing down.
Loose Joints and Fittings
Pipes shift as they heat up and cool down. Over time, joints and fittings can loosen and drip.
High Water Pressure
Pressure that runs too high strains pipes and fittings. It can also wear out faucets and valves faster.
Hard Water
Hard water leaves scale inside pipes and fixtures. Our water softening service can help limit that buildup.
Freezing Weather
Water expands as it freezes, which can crack a pipe. Idaho winters bring this risk every year. Our frozen pipe service thaws lines safely.
What to Do When a Pipe Bursts
Act fast to limit the damage. First, shut off your main water valve. In many homes, it sits where the water line enters the house. Look in the basement, crawlspace or utility room. Turn the valve clockwise to close it.
Next, stay away from water near outlets or appliances. Do not step into standing water near anything that uses power. Then call our emergency plumbing team. We answer day and night, including weekends and holidays.
