We had Isaiah Mora replace our garbage disposal after the old one had died. In addition to doing that, he answered some of my other questions that I had about my shower and offered estimates for it which I am definitely considering. Evan was amazing. He came out after another company (pink) tried to screw us on the issue without really looking. Evan went directly under the house and found the exact issues he did the repair and our drain hasn't worked this good in the three years we have lived here. Very polite, professional, and cleaned up and didn't even make a mess. I would recommend them 100%. We did have a little issue getting them out here, but that wasn't his fault.

I called Owyhee to have our water heater flushed, since we recently bought the house and didn’t know if the tank had ever been flushed. Isaiah Mora came to the house and inspected the water heater. He advised me that flushing a 20 year old water heater may backfire and cause additional problems.
Isaiah wrote estimates for replacing the water heater, and for just flushing if we wanted that option.
I chose not to proceed with the flushing and instead will review the options that Isaiah gave me. At no point did I feel any pressure to make a decision on the spot. Isaiah’s professionalism and demeanor was great! Thanks Owyhee!

I highly recommend Owyhee Heating and air conditioning. Charles came for my fall maintenance and did a great job. He was on time and courteous and took the trouble to cover his shoes. He was thorough and informed me of all that he had done. I hope he stays with Owyhee for a long time.

Our air conditioner was leaking water when ever it was running. Charlie was the tech that came to service us. He found the problem right away and fixed it quickly. He was very respectful and did a great job. Charley had a great attitude and friendly.

He arrived right on time, was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the issue, had the right parts with him, and got everything working again without any hassle.
What I appreciated most was Jacob’s honesty— It’s rare to find that level of transparency these days.
Overall, the service was fast, fair-priced, and top quality. I’ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend

Charlie came out today to diagnose an A/C issue. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Charlie was fair and got our problem fixed quickly. We will only call Owyhee Hearing and Air from now on for our HVAC concerns. Highly recommended!
