Owyhee replaced our furnace and air conditioner around September of 2023. It was perplexing to find our furnace wasn't working. It took us some time to realize our home became very cold. We called, service came the very next day and had our furnace... running within minutes. He educated us as to why and how the furnace had been triggered to turn off. He wrote up his call and didn't charge us a penny. We are seniors and very impressed with his attitude and ability to explain the cause and remedy. This man is the best to have on your side. We had Owyhee Heating and Air Conditioning do a springtime check on our air conditioner and furnace. Carlos came to our house to do the checkup. He was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough in checking our thermostat, furnace filter and heat... pump. Carlos was easy to talk to and addressed all of our concerns. He gave us a written evaluation of our furnace and heat pump and scheduled our next check up in the fall. He did such a great job that we requested him for our fall check.
